Great pics, sure breaks my heart seeing them but life must move on. Hope to see more pics posted. I sure do miss Germany
JPark, Fulda 88-90
did the german goverment take over the housing area there in marshall heights. We really miss germany to.
Fischstein was located in NW Frankfurt, in the area called Hausen. Am Fischstein was the street that ran along its northern boundary, but Peter Zenger Strass was its main street within the army housing area. I lived there from 1971-1973, and went back to visit in 1984.
Great post! I lived on Marshall Heights and was stationed in Kitzingen on Harvey Barracks. My daughter was born in Wurzburg. I miss Germany very much and would loved to revisit. Possibly relocate.
The best years for us were spent here..<3 I'd go back in a heart beat.
I too lived at Marshall Heights at bldg 375A until retirement in 1994. What a great place. Lot of good memories.
Hello. I lived in Marshall Heights from 1972 until 1975 in Building 306 L-3. My father was stationed there and my sister and I attended elementary school in Marshall Heights. It was a wonderful time and a wonderful place to grow up.
I was stationed at Kitzingen from 1983 thru 1986. I was range control under SFC Cruz. The creator of the Cruz device for the Bradley fighting vehicle. I am looking for old photos of the indoor firing range. I had an m16 training computer that we used that I can now find no reference to the nomenclature of the training platform. Does anyone remember this m16 training device.
