Hello, though I enjoyed the pictures, they are NOT of the U.S. Army Camo Eschborn. I was stationed there in 1986 to 1990.
The pictures are from next to Camp Eschborn. The buildings shown were where people from other countries (mostly Turkey) were housed if they needed housing. The U.S. Army camp of Eschborn was next to this location. kenny@tipsweb.com Ken Tingle

Could somebody - who served before 1986 - confirm if those buildings ever used to belong to Camp Eschborn ?

Thank you !

I was stationed at Camp Eschborn '67-69 and these were not the buildings on site then. The barracks were multi-storied (2-3), WWII vintage and the Company HQs were quansit as were tool rooms and others. Don't remember a gym. No fancy entrance guard shack German nationals were all around us herding sheep on the old air strip.
